I had a very memorable hunt with my 14 year old son, Hunter recently. Pheasants Forever conducts a youth hunt annually to keep the sport alive and in front of our youth. Tim Rowan the Youth coordinator for this specific hunt takes great pride in his chapter North Central PA Chapter 630. Everyone was very welcoming and hospitable. When we arrived there was a booth with free food and beverages, a beautiful pheasant trailer where a volunteer taught your children how to properly clean their harvest, and each hunt was kicked off with a briefing by Tim around safety and respect for the dogs and their owners.

Hi, I'm Eric with Lion Country Supply and I'm here today to talk to you about the one of the newest e-collars by Dogtra. It's called the Dogtra ARC, which stands for Advanced Receiver Concept. The main point of this collar is that the receiver is more ergonomically shaped. When your dog is wearing it, it looks as if your dog has a regular collar on. As you can see it is much lower profile, which is helpful if you not want it to be seen as much or you don't want it sticking out as far to be bagging off brush while you're running your dog.

A little bit about the collar itself. It has a three-quarter mile range and it is made for low to medium stimulation levels. So if you have an extremely stubborn dog this wouldn't be the collar you'd want for it. However, if you have a dog that's not that stubborn this is a great system.

The Dogtra 200C Compact Training System is a no-nonsense trainer with intuitive one-handed controls. The 200C features an ultra-compact receiver/collar that is 28.8% smaller than comparable models. The Rheostat dial on the 200C gradually increases stimulation for precision control of the 100 levels offered.

I recently got my hands on the Dogtra ARC, which is Dogtra's new and low-profile remote dog training system. Designed to be very slim and blend in with the collar around your dog's neck, it is the perfect discreet dog training device. The hand-held is small and light weight, making it great for carrying around your neck or in a holster on your belt. The Dogtra ARC training system is suitable for wearing out for a run at the park, while still allowing you to have that e-collar control of your dog without the anti-electronic collar looks from strangers.
