At Lion Country Supply, our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible and with complete accuracy. In-stock orders usually ship within one business day unless we are extremely busy or your order needs customization. All regular orders are sent via FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or U.S. Postal service. We ship your order via the carrier that will provide you the best service. If you have a preference, please let us know!
Lion Country Supply continues to offer the cheapest shipping rates in the industry. We know how frustrating it is to have a significant shipping fee added to orders, and we work extremely hard to minimize this expense. Many products ship FREE via regular ground service within the Continental United States. These products are clearly marked “FREE Shipping” on our website. Other orders ship via ground service within the Continental USA with a flat shipping charge of $7.95, unless the product is oversized, then additional charges may apply as indicated.

If you need to make a change to your shipping address there is a $15 dollar charge if the package has already left our facility and/or it is not our error. This is what Fed Ex/UPS charges us to change the address and is not an “in-house” cost.
Lion Country Supply is also able to ship your order worldwide. We have devoted customers in many different counties in all continents, and are experienced in shipping your orders quickly and with minimal hassle. All international orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS-Priority Mail International and actual shipping costs will be added to your order. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the shipping cost.
Our shipping protection plan is designed to give you extra piece of mind when placing your order. This protection will protect your order from damage, loss, or theft. By not selecting shipping protection Lion Country Supply is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.
How to proceed with a shipping protection claim:
In the event that you did not receive your order:
Step one is check the tracking number to see if your order tracking has not been updated for 14 days. If it has not been updated for the last 14 days your shipment can be considered lost. Please contact us with your order number and we will begin an investigation.
In the event that your order was received damaged:
Before opening the package, please take pictures of the package from different angles showing the damage. Then open the package and take pictures of any damaged goods inside. Reach out to us with your order number and provide these images to us.
In the event that your order had perishable products (vaccines) and was delayed:
Most of our vaccines are temperature sensitive and are shipped with express shipping. In the event that your vaccine arrived late or arrived in a temperature that would spoil the vaccine, please reach out to us with your order number and we will reship your order on the next appropriate day (vaccines only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday).
In the event that your order is stolen from your location:
If tracking shows that your item was delivered to your location and had been stolen please reach out to us with your order number. We will contact the shipping company for confirmation of delivery. If delivery was confirmed by them, often with photographic evidence, we will then ask you to create a police report on the stolen package. Once proof of the police report is provided to us, we will reship your order.
1.) Please make sure your entire shipping address is spelled out. Using short-hand or abbreviating words could cause problems when an address wont verify in our system. Taking the time type it all out could save you a delay in getting your order.
2.) Make sure that you have a phone number listed that way if we have questions we have a more direct way to contact you other than an email which you may read right away.
3.) Please remember that orders of high value are shipped insured and may require a signature at time of delivery. Orders that exceed $1000 will require the “direct” delivery which means that the package has to be delivered to the address listed on the shipping label and will require a signature by someone upon delivery. “Indirect” delivery are commonly used for items that value $500-$999. Indirect delivery means that the package can be modified to fit your schedule and will require a signature by someone upon delivery. This signature procedure is to protect Lion Country Supply and more importantly to protect our Customers from Fraudulent transactions. If you know that you will not be home or someone will not be there to sign for the package consider making the shipping address where you work or where you typically are at the time Fed Ex/UPS deliver to your house. The carriers usually leave a tag on your door to say they stopped by. They will usually attempt to deliver the box 3 times before it is processed for return to LCS.
*This can change at our discretion, depending on the location the merchandise is being shipped to, the merchandise being shipped or when we deem necessary due to other extenuating circumstances. We also insure merchandise at our discretion.
4.) It would be a good idea when you order to note if your address has special delivery instructions, examples are: “we do not get US Mail here”, or “I have a hard to find address and Fed Ex or UPS know best where I am.”
