How to Measure Your Dog’s Neck for Our LeatherFeel Collar

    • Measure the circumference of your dog’s neck using a cloth tape or a string. You want your dog’s collar to be snug, but not too tight. Make sure to measure for the correct tightness.
    • Match up your measurement with our LCS LeatherFeel collar. Our collars are measured from the buckle’s post to the center of the five holes (as pictured below). They are NOT measured by total collar strap length.
    • Our collars come in odd lengths (13, 15, and17 inches). If your dog’s neck measures on an even number, we recommend rounding up to the next odd number. You can always add a hole that is smaller or trim excess strap, if need be. As reference, a 15” collar will fit neck sizes 13-17”.
