The Tick Nipper®’s jaws are thinner than the tips of tweezers so they slide under the tick’s body without squeezing it. Then the big stops between the handles keep you from cutting the tick as you grip it. The jaws are nearly an inch long, giving you control you can't get with tweezers or fingers. The Tick Nipper® doesn’t ‘grab’ the tick. Instead, its jaws ‘yoke’ loosely around the tick's narrow mouthparts. When you pull the tick out, those jaws exert pressure on the tick’s shoulders and pop it out.
The Tick Nipper®’s bowl-shaped jaws cradle the tick safely after liftoff. You need only one hand to use it, leaving your other hand free to tend the wound or comfort the victim.

Garmin Software Updates July 2024
Garmin this July 2024, release software updates for several of their newest GPS systems. The first batch was released on July 16 and later batch on July 23rd. Garmin on July 16 software version 6.80 for the Alpha 300 and Alpha 300i handhelds, along with version 8.0 for the Alpha 200 and Alpha 200i handhelds. On July 24th, Garmin released software version 2.07 for the TT25 and T20 collars. As well as, software version 2.14 for the Garmin LTE collar.

Dogtra Pathfinder 2 App Update Version 1.0.14
Dogtra recently released a new update for their Dogtra Pathfinder 2 GPS System that included a big new feature and some additional fixes. In January 2024, Dogtra’s 1.0.13 update gave the Pathfinder 2 systems an E-Fence ability, now with this update they are adding Public land overlays.
