    • What maps work with the Garmin Alpha 200i?

      The Garmin Hunt View Plus maps will work in the Garmin Alpha 200i. The OnX mapping will not work in the handheld.

       

      Can a collar be in an Alpha 100 and Alpha 200i at the same time?

      Yes, a collar can be tracked by the Alpha 200i and the Alpha 100 and/or Astro 430 handhelds at the same time.

       

      Is the Garmin Alpha 200i able to control a beeper?

      No, the Garmin Alpha 200i like the Alpha 100 can not control a Garmin beeper. The only transmitter that can control a Garmin beeper are the PRO 550 and the Delta Upland.

       

      Can a Garmin Alpha 200i track a collar that is being tracked by a Garmin Alpha 100?

      Yes, a Garmin Alpha 200i can track any collar (T5, T5 mini, TT15, TT15 mini) that is paired into an Alpha 100 and Astro 430 handheld.

       

      Is the Alpha 200i Handheld waterproof?

      The Alpha 200i handheld is rated at IPX7, which means that it is rated to be waterproof in up to 1 meter of water for up to 30 minutes. This provides safe protection of your Alpha handheld, allowing for use in rain, snow, and wet cover, as well as the handheld being splashed with water and the accidental dropping in shallow water.
