The Filson Tin Cloth Game Bag is the last hunting vest you will ever buy because of its comfort and durability. One of the best parts of this vest is the adjustable cloth straps that let your body flex and breathe, no more awkward cloth making you hot in the early season or pinching your shoulders when you’re getting in a shot. All of the buckles on both the shoulder straps and the adjustable bridle leather waist belt are brass plated.
The front bellows pockets and rear-loading game bag are made from densely woven cotton that’s coated in paraffin oil finish wax. It’s not called tin cloth because there is real tin involved, tin is the old standard for toughness. This tin cloth is water, brush, and abrasion repellent. It will come very stiff, but it softens with use. It is not machine washable to maintain the repellent qualities, only brush or wipe clean. The front bellows pockets have plenty of room for your e-collar transmitter, whistle, gloves, and of course your shotgun shells; they open easily with one hand and firmly snap closed to keep everything secure.
This top-of-the-line vest is so versatile, that folks take it fishing too! Holds up year after year even with frequent use and abuse. Since 1897, Filson gear has been the gold standard for outdoor enthusiasts.
