Lucky Duck Dog Kennels

Lion Country Supply is proud to expand our dog kennel offering with the Lucky Duck Dog Kennel. We will be carrying only their intermediate kennel for now to test customer demand. However, they do also offer a large version of their kennel that we could carry in the future. Along with the intermediate kennel, we are also now carrying the Lucky Duck Intermediate Kennel Cover that is specially designed for their intermediate kennel.

About Lucky Duck

Lucky Duck was founded in 1995, launching with only one product. Today, they have expanded their product line to over 100 products. They specialize in decoy birds for waterfowl and turkey hunting, as well as predator hunting decoys. They also have a line of electronic game calls and, of course, the dog kennels that we are now carrying.

About the Lucky Duck Kennel

The Lucky Duck Dog Kennel is a one-piece rotomolded kennel, similar to that of the Ruff Land Kennels and Dakota 283 kennels. Their kennels were given a 5-star crash test rating from the Center for Pet Safety. We would like to note that this test was done using the Lucky Ratchet Strap Kit and the kennel was securely tightened down. Two really nice features with these kennels are the built-in lifting handle and the powder coated tie downs. They also sport a heavy duty injection molded door that has a stainless steel locking paddle latch with corner locking pins for added safety. The intermediate weighs 38 pounds, which is several pounds lighter than a comparable sized Dakota 283 kennel.

The intermediate kennel has the outside dimensions of 32.5 inches long by 22.5 inches wide by 24.5 inches high. The interior dimensions are 30.25 inches long by 20.5 inches wide by 22 inches high. These interior and exterior dimensions are comparable to the Ruff Land Kennels intermediate kennel dimensions.

Lucky Duck Kennel Cover

As previously mentioned, the Lucky Duck Kennel Cover is designed specifically for the Lucky Duck Intermediate Kennel. As such, it was designed to be easily slipped over the kennel that can be put on or taken off in just a minute. It is made out of 600D polyester fabric and features several storage pockets, each with drain holes. These are perfect for storing training bumpers and dummies, as well as any leads and other training aids. The kennel cover even features easy-to-access tie down and lift handle access flaps.
