If you walk into our Lion Country Supply retail store in central Pennsylvania you should receive a greeting, followed-up by, -Is there anything we can help you with." Regardless of what you are looking for, you can expect an additional question of, -What kind of dog do you have?" It helps in product guidance and just makes for good general conversation.
This past winter I've had many customers look at me in a funny manner when I asked about their breed of dog as they were picking up a bottle, or two, of LCS Training Scent. Some didn't have a dog. They were trappers, not dog handlers, and explained their use of our LCS Training Scent.
With the continued upsurge in game bird shooting preserves and hunt clubs there is a predictable concentration of predatory furbearers that haunt those places for the easy meals they provide. Trappers follow the fur and enjoy great success in and around those areas. LCS Pheasant Training Scent is the number one choice for trappers who choose a curiosity scent near their sets.
When asked why they are using our scent instead of one from a notable trapping supply house, the trappers always state they have a friend or relative who uses our training scent for either their bird dog or hound, and it works well for them.
We always knew our dog training scents were the best in the industry. Trappers are a group of outdoorsman who are some of the most knowledgeable people in the habits of animals and demand the most of their scents for success. It just confirms what we already knew about LCS Training Scents. They simply are the best.
