Garmin T5X and TT15X Software Update V2.25

Garmin just (March 28, 2022) release software update v2.25 for the Garmin TT15X collar and Garmin T5X collar. This update included several minor bug fixes, a improvement on the GPS signal calculation, improvement to the sleep mode, and more!

Change Log:

Improve GPS signal calculation.
Allow remote sleep even if collar doesn't currently have GPS fix.
Optimize fit file size.
Minor bug fixes.

Garmin T5X Collar

*Note: This update does not apply to the TT15 Mini and T5 Mini collars or the older T5 and TT15 non-x series collars.



How to update your T5X or TT15X collar:

Have Garmin Web Updater installed onto your computer.

Snap the charging clip onto the collar.

Plug the small end of the USB cable into the mini-USB port on the charging clip cable.

Plug the other end of the USB cable into a USB port on the computer.

Follow the on-screen prompts on updating your collar.

After updating your collar, we suggest letting it set with full satellite signal for 10-30 minutes to allow all the updates to go into effect as well as for the collar to resync with the satellites.
