Using a sustained-release delivery system, Spectra SHIELD continuously releases small, consistent amounts of active ingredients to your dog’s skin and hair coat. This approach helps maintain effectiveness while avoiding heavy concentration spikes.
The medallion contains zetacypermethrin, a synergized pyrethroid that kills adult fleas and ticks, combined with piperonyl butoxide, which enhances effectiveness against ticks throughout all stages of their blood-feeding life cycle.
