Kane Rheostat Controlled Temperature

The HMR-300 Dial-A-Temp rheostat plugs directly into your outlet, offering quick and easy temperature regulation. Whether in a kennel, garage, or whelping area, this controller lets you adjust the heat to create a comfortable, dry environment for your small animals.

Important Safety Tip

For optimal performance, do not cover the mat with bedding or other materials, as this can cause overheating and damage the mat. Always allow the mat to breathe for safe operation.

Default Temperature without Rheostat

If the Kane Heating Mat is installed without a rheostat, it will default to a temperature of 37°F above ambient temperature. For more control over the heat, we recommend using the HMR-300 Dial-A-Temp rheostat.
