Lion Country Supply offers a 30 day money back guarantee on online purchases. Products being returned must be in new condition with their original packaging. Closeout/bargain bin/scratch and dent products are final sales and are not eligible for returns. Special ordered items are not eligible for returns unless they have a manufacturer's defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
If you would like to return a product, you must call us at 1-800-662-5202 to obtain an RMA number (return merchandise authorization) before shipping your product back.
