    30-Day Money Back Guarantee

    All orders purchased through Lion Country Supply are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. Any issues with any product that we sell during this period will receive a replacement or refund once returned. Outside of the 30 day warranty, the manufacturer’s warranty policy takes effect.

    Consumables and blank ammo do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee and we cannot accept returns of these products.

     

    Lion Country Supply Products

    All LCS manufactured products come with a one-year limited replacement warranty that covers any issues that are a result of product defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover products that are damaged, modified, or consumable by the end user or their dog(s).

    All sales on ammo and blank ammo are final and will not be accepted for return.

     

    Garmin

    Non-aviation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin® will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labor, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This Limited Warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents; (ii) consumable parts, such as batteries, unless product damage has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (iii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iv) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Garmin; (v) damage to a product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of Garmin, (vi) damage to a product that has been connected to power and/or data cables that are not supplied by Garmin or damage to a product that has been connected to AC adapters and cables that are not certified by UL (Underwriters Laboratories) and are not labeled as Limited Power Source (LPS). In addition, Garmin reserves the right to refuse warranty claims against products or services that are obtained and/or used in contravention of the laws of any country. Garmin navigation products are intended to be used only as a travel aid and must not be used for any purpose requiring precise measurement of direction, distance, location or topography. Garmin makes no warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of map data.

    This Limited Warranty also does not apply to, and Garmin is not responsible for, any degradation in the performance of any Garmin navigation product resulting from its use in proximity to any handset or other device that utilizes a terrestrial broadband network operating on frequencies that are close to the frequencies used by any Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) such as the Global Positioning Service (GPS).     SportDOG

    What is covered:

    Radio Systems Corporation, hereinafter referred to as SportDOG, warrants to the original retail consumer purchaser who purchased a SportDOG product from an authorized reseller of SportDOG products, and not to any other purchaser or subsequent owner, that its SportDOG product, when subject to normal and proper use, will be free from defects in material or workmanship for the “Warranty Period” applicable to the particular product. The Warranty Period will vary based on the product purchased. The various SportDOG products and their respective Warranty Periods are listed below unless otherwise specified in the product manual. An “original retail consumer purchaser” is a person or entity who is the original purchaser of the product from an authorized reseller of SportDOG products or is a gift recipient of a new product that is unopened and in its original packaging. When serviced by SportDOG Customer Service, SportDOG covers labor and parts for the Warranty Period commencing on the purchase date; following the Warranty Period, a service or upgrade charge will apply with regard to replacement of the product with new or refurbished items at SportDOG’s sole discretion. The limited warranty is non-transferable and shall automatically terminate if the original retail consumer purchaser re-sells the SportDOG product or transfers the property on which the SportDOG product is installed. In the event of a product defect, these are your exclusive remedies.

    What is not covered:

    This non-transferrable limited warranty does not apply to products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites. In addition, this non-transferable limited warranty does not provide protection against, and SportDOG will have no liability under this non-transferable limited warranty for, any damage to or defects in the products caused by any animal, loss of product(s), failure, defect or damage caused by events and situations beyond normal exposure conditions, including, but not limited to: commercial use misuse, abuse, neglect, improper installation or installation not in accordance with SportDOG’s instructions, use of non-SportDOG accessories, impacts of foreign objects, acts of God, abnormal or improper use, improper storage, attempted repair or service by anyone other than SportDOG Customer Service, accident, alteration, defects in or failure of the surface the SportDOG product is installed in or upon, discoloration or other damage caused by pollution, sunlight, other environmental conditions, mold, dirt, mildew, or exposure to harmful chemicals and any other cause not involving defects in material or workmanship in the SportDOG product.

    Disclaimer:

    This non-transferable limited warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. SportDOG expressly disclaims and excludes all other warranties, express or implied, except as follows: SportDOG does not authorize any other person or agent to make any other express or implied warranties. The implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are limited in duration to the Warranty Period for the particular product. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. SportDOG also disclaims and excludes all liability for incidental, consequential, punitive, direct, indirect, special or any other damages arising out of or connected with the purchase, use or misuse of this product or for the breach of any express or implied warranties or breach of contract or otherwise. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

    Purchaser assumes all risks and liabilities from the use or misuse of this product.

    Furthermore, SportDOG will not be liable for any loss, damage or injury resulting from delay in delivery of replacement parts due to circumstances beyond their control.

    Dogtra

    One-Year Warranty

    Except as otherwise provided below, Dogtra warrants to the original retail purchaser (“You”) that its Dogtra products shall be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (“Warranty”).  The Warranty covers the cost of repair (parts and labor) or replacement (if repair is not feasible) of a defective Dogtra product during said one-year period.  For such repaired or replaced products, the remaining portion of the original warranty period, or ninety (90) days, whichever is longer, shall apply.  Dogtra, at its sole discretion, shall determine whether to repair or replace a product covered by the Warranty.

    +1 Year Extended Warranty

    The following products will come with the One-Year Warranty and also have an additional one (1) year warranty from the date that your original warranty expires (“Extended Warranty”). For the product list please see: https://www.dogtra.com/warranty

    Warranty Exclusions

    The Warranty does not cover damage, loss, or deterioration to your Dogtra product caused: by misuse, neglect, abuse, or other improper handling of the product; by failure to follow use or care instructions; by use of the product for other than its intended purpose; by accident or natural forces such as fire or flooding; or by normal wear and tear such as scratches to the product surface.

    The Warranty also does not cover Dogtra products that: are purchased from non-authorized dealers; are purchased outside of the United States or Canada; have been damaged during shipment (even if Dogtra paid or arranged for shipping); have been modified or tampered with in any manner; are opened or repaired by anyone other than Dogtra; or have serial numbers that have been altered or defaced.

    DT Systems

    One-Year Warranty

    DT Systems manufactures products designed and built to last, and we stand behind our workmanship. All DT electronic collars and launchers come with a full one year warranty from the date of purchase (with receipt proof of purchase information to be provided by the customer). This warranty covers any manufacturer’s defects not caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Simply send in your defective unit and DT Systems will repair or replace it at no charge (please see below for further details). Units purchased directly from DT Systems also come with a 30 day (from the date of purchase) money back guarantee. Please note that purchasing units secondhand or through auction sites voids the warranty.

    What is covered:

    • DT Systems One Year Warranty covers all parts to be free from manufacturing defects for as long as the unit is held by the original owner (purchases from auction sites or purchases of used units void this warranty).
    • Labor on all repairs will be covered.
    • Return ground shipping (inside the continental United States) to the customer is covered.

    What is not covered:

    • Lost parts or parts that malfunction due to misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, or incorrect handling are not covered. DT Systems has the right to determine what is and is not a warranty issue.
    • Damage from dogs chewing or wear and tear from excessive field use is not covered.
    • Our warranty does not cover the cost of shipping the unit to our repair center. Expedited or special return shipping is not covered, but available by request for an extra shipping fee. International shipping charges are not covered.
