Delta Sport XC is ergonomically-designed to require only 1 hand to operate with 3 front “action” buttons for stimulation, tone and/or vibration. The slim, compact, dog device comes with interchangeable long and short contact points for all breeds and coat thicknesses and has an effective range of 3/4 mile.
Delta Sport XC offers dog trainers the option of using continuous and momentary stimulation, vibration or tone. Or, use all 3 in 1 session. With 3 correction configurations (viewable in the LCD display), the trainer can select the training option best suited to the situation and dog temperament. Is the Garmin Delta Sport XC waterproof?
The Delta Sport XC handheld has an IPX7 water rating meaning that is water resistant up to 3 feet (1 meter) of water for up to 30 minutes and also floats.
What is the difference between the Garmin Delta Sport XC and the Garmin Delta Sport handhelds?
There is no difference between the original Delta Sport and Delta Sport XC handhelds. The difference between these two comes from the collar. The upgraded collar that allows for contact points to be exchanged. “XC” stands for “Exchangeable Contacts”. Before the XC system the contact points were fixed into the receiver’s body.
