Our Pro Staffer and HOF trainer Dave Hughes has two English setters for sale, Chelsea and Mini. They have both participated in walking field trials and have derby wins.
Chelsea is a tri-color female who is 2.5 years old and nearly finished and will back and point. She has open and amateur derby wins, and will make a great hunting dog. She is Long Gone Studley x Bog Brook Daisy.
Mini is a 3.5 year old female who is not big running and is broke on liberated birds and has experience on wild birds. She has AKC and American Field derby wins and comes from Jerry Kolter's bloodlines at Northwoods Bird Dogs.

looking for a male setter for my two year old English setter Gracie Gracie is already bred but would like to find a another male for her companion and for one more breeding I want to breathe out of her two litters and I’m I’ll be done I only do two two breeds out of a female two letters out of a female

To David Hughes: I was wondering what the price was for either of these started females you have. I’ve got a boy from Kelly Shepherd whelped 4/18/18. I’m still rehabbing from a broken neck injury so I haven’t been able to spend much time training him. He’s a son of Longgone Buckwheat and a Kelly S. female.
My big challenge will be putting the dogs on those pheasants, many of which will probably be some running crazies, around Faulkton S.D.
I bought a little house there and you’re welcome to visit and train or hunt there anytime. No acreage but there is a lot of public hunting nearby. I’m still residing near Nashville, TN and hoping to spend from August 1 through December in Faulkton.
