Astro 320 T5 The ALL NEW Garmin T5 Competition GPS collars are the first GPS tracking collar approved for use in field trials and night hunt competitions. These collars will work with both the Alpha or Astro handheld devices. This has been a concern for a lot of guys that are hunting with groups. This system comes with the new GLONASS-enabled receivers that are capable of more accurate detection with higher sensitivity. This enables the unit to get information from more satellites than ever before ensuring better accuracy. The T5 collars also have remote controlled LED beacon lights controlled by the Astro320 GPS. We find this feature to be very handy for the night hunters as well as the guy that stretches his day hunting as long as possible, making the trek back to his vehicle in the dark.

Alpha 100 TT15 "he ALL NEW Garmin TT 15 Track & Train GPS collar combo now works with either the Astro 320 or Alpha 100 handheld devices, keeping in mind the training feature still will not be available when using the Astro 320 handheld. The TT15 collars still have the built-in LED beacon lights which have been a very popular feature with users of the TT10, and the guys at Garmin have added a vibration mode that can be activated remotely. This feature is perfect for a dog that is very sensitive to the electric stimulation, or may not be able to hear commands or the audible tone. This collar also features the new GLONASS technology installed in the receiver antenna that is top mounted for higher sensitivity. Add one to your Garmin GPS for increased training options!

These collars are expected to ship in mid-July (tentativedate and subject tochange). Ask your favorite LCS Salesperson to explain the cool new Alpha and Astro handheld features that accompany these new collars as well as more information on the collars themselves. You saw it first again here at Lion Country Supply!
