MANDATORY IF YOU TRAIN ALONE
I have had mine for over 5 years. Great battery life, good range. Im typically 100 yards from unit when I activate it. I put 3 LCS launchers next to it. Dogs learn quite quickly. My only suggestion would be to locate the 9v battery in a location that can be replaced with the unit closed. Otherwise if the battery is dead, you need to do some disassembly to get at it.

I really want to like the backing dog and remote but the range is so short it becomes nearly useless. By the time I can pop the dog we’re so close I could’ve done better with a cut out silhouette. It’s advertised to 250 yards, with brand new batteries I’m lucky to get 15-20 yards.
