I use three of the four types of Fiocchi Ammunition that we offer here at Lion Country. I have found that the quality, performance and price of this line of ammo cannot be matched.  Before I came to work at Lion Country Supply, I had used virtually all of the major brands of shotgun ammo for my various hunting needs. None will compare with Fiocchi ammunition for value and performance.
My favorite shotgun is a 16 gauge and ammo of this gauge is often not available in many of the other major brands. It is available to me in 3 of the 4 Fiocchi Lines of ammo.
I use the “Game and Target” (GT) load for rabbit hunting.  It has more than enough zap to take rabbits here in our Pennsylvania cover, without mangling the game at closer ranges.
When I go stomping around in the Grouse woods, I grab a box of the “High Velocity” (HV) loads.  These have the knockdown power to help even a lousy shot like me to score on a few of our Pennsylvania “Thunder-Chickens” once in a while.
My Brother-in-Law, Tom, is one of those fanatical crow hunters, and he talks me into going out with him every chance he can.  Those birds are extremely wary and fun to hunt with the right call and set-up.  The problem is that you need a load that can really reach out and “smoke-em”!  My solution to this need is Fiocchi’s “Golden Pheasant” (GP) load. It has the long reach and dense pattern that I need to keep the crow-count up to a respectable level for a day’s hunt.
