I find the Uplander G3 a good training tool for training
retrievers, especially when equipted with the TriTronics Pro Control Remote Release System.  It provides the versitility of releasing live ducks or pheasant’s, as well as bumpers, Dokken Dead Fowl trainers and  live or dead birds. It also fires a 209 primer for the shot report, which I find to be an excellent attention getter when training.  I highly recommend this launcher from personal experience.
