I really enjoyed the hunt, the beautiful mountains of central Pennsylvania, your hospitality and meeting everybody at Lion Country Supply.

I liked hunting with "Lucky" the most! It's nice to see a pointing dog do a good job as a retriever too! Coming from a professional Lab trainer consider that a compliment. The pheasant, chuckars and quail we hunted each afternoon were a blast! Grouse hunting is the hardest hunting I'd ever done and the dry conditions made it hard for the dog, I had a great time. They are amazingly fast birds. Please thank Roger Hoover for sharing his favorite grouse spots.

Your choice of Heineken for post hunt cocktails suited me just fine as I'm sure you could tell. The food was great, from the steak, to the lobster, to the ostrich at the American Ale House!
