The Lion Country Supply Universal Launcher II is the latest addition to our complete training system. Our Universal bird launchers are constructed using sturdy steel and all stress points are reinforced, yet the unit is light enough (4.3lbs. with receiver) to easily transport into the field. They have a durable green powder coat to help ensure years of operation. Overall dimensions of the metal basket are: 10” long X 5” wide X 5” high. Receiver is water resistant only, ensure to bring inside after training.
LCS offers two different transmitter options, which include the 6-button model and 8-button model, to cover all your launching needs at an affordable price. If you already have a Bird Dog Trainer 800, that system is designed to operate our LCS launchers and LCS backing dog. This launcher is a "must-have" item to help you train more effectively. It is the perfect size for chukars, quail and pigeons, and it throws small bumpers as well.
Our LCS Launchers are recommended by professional trainer Rick Smith and are used in his dog training and seminars.

The universal bird launcher is a great tool for teaching marking, for both beginners and intermediate. As your dog progresses it can be used for steady training. With these launchers you can train for the memory bird, the first step for blind retrievers. Just launch a bird or dummy, wait, then launch another. Send your dog for the second bird, then the first, so he has to remember. Conveniently you can do all of this without a helper.
