No matter if you’re hunting coyotes, foxes, coons or hogs with your hounds at night, or simply walking your dog off-leash in the evening, you need a bright, durable light to keep them visible. The Tracker Flash Light is an economical solution and slips easily on to most collar straps.
Simply rotate the light’s lens to turn the device on and off, then flip over the battery pack to switch between constant light to flashing mode, as the life of the two lithium CR2032 batteries (included) extends to 250 hours when flashing. The LED light is rated to last 100,000 hours and is able to be operated between temperatures ranging from -40 to 120 degrees F.
Purchase several of these lights for our three pooches, and other family members with their dogs different breeds / different terrains. GREAT concept - really appreciate that which the lights can add to your time out with dogs at dusk/dawn, and darkness especially in the Winter months. It is nice to be able to regard your dogs off in the distance with the little speck of light bee-bopping along. With hope that the light DOES stay on top of the dogs neck/topline the lights are installed/slid on to the collar simple enough. They never stayed there, and thus as result the light would appear when the dog was in one direction, and your dog would be in darkness again when viewed from the other side. So, yes, we would put TWO collars on the dogs one light on each -- the O rings on our LCS collars wont permit dual ringing. Good. Note the batteries are good. Problematic: after not too much wear the light cover itself becomes REALLY difficult to unscrew/tighten to replace the battery. Even with tending to the light cleaning off every few runs. AND the dome producing the color starts to dull fairly quickly and crack and thus NOT produce as nice a strong brilliant colour as when first put in to service. Theyre okay these ARE, for us, better than those glowing collars from BPS where you have to squeeze the button; those seem to waste real fast. The theory is good .... the product is okay.
