As of April 30th, 2005, every electronic training system we sell will come with your unique ID number permanently attached to each e-collar and transmitter, along with the toll free 800 number of our Recovery Call Center. How does it work? When someone finds your lost transmitter, collar or dog they simply call our Recovery Center and we put you and your lost electronics together again.
